Who we want to work with
People who work at understanding the technology. A specification is not a transcript of an invention; it is a redesign of it. Only someone who can name the variations the inventor did not mention will end up with broad claims.
People who ask about the business. The same invention calls for a different strategy depending on the launch date and the competitive picture. This is not a job about producing documents from a technical brief.
People who see it through. We do not hand matters off midway. We work on the assumption that a call made at the filing stage may come back years later as a dispute.

Open roles
Patent attorney
Electrical/electronics or chemistry/bio. Experience level open; drafting experience is a plus.
Patent engineer
Bachelor’s in a science or engineering field. Prior-art searching and drawing review, alongside study for the patent bar.
Business support
Docketing and official fee handling. IP office experience preferred but not required.
Hiring process
Step 1 · Application review+−
Apply through the form below and we will review your CV and cover letter. If you have drafting experience, include registration numbers you are free to share. We respond within a week of receipt.
Step 2 · Practical exercise+−
We send a short technical brief and ask you to draft claims. It is not a test with a right answer — we want to see how you read technology. It takes about three to four hours.
Step 3 · Interview+−
One session with the managing attorney, working through the exercise together. Terms and compensation are discussed concretely at this stage.
Step 4 · Offer and start date+−
We confirm the start date and terms after the offer. The whole process usually takes three to four weeks.
